Stroke and Turn Clinic for F&G Summer Swim Team

This program is geared toward the competitive swimmer to improve stroke technique and efficiency in racing turns.

Classes will be offered twice weekly, Mondays and Wednesdays for 45 minutes during the summer swim team season. Each clinic will focus on a specific swim team skill.
