FACILITY INFO:
In an effort to ensure the safety of our students and
the
effective operation of our programs, please familiarize yourselves with
our policies and procedures which are outlined below. We
are looking forward to another great season. Thank you, in
advance, for your cooperation!
ENTRANCE TO Njswim:
Please park by the outdoor tennis courts. Njswim families enter through the Health Club entrance located on the extreme left side of the building. Follow the hallway to the end, enter the health club, and our pool is to the left.
POOL
DECK:
Due to the fact that many of the children enrolled in
our classes have life-threatening food allergies, NO FOOD IS ALLOWED ON THE POOL
DECK. Even small crumbs can be harmful to some students.
If your child needs to have a snack while waiting for a
sibling’s lesson to be completed, please utilize the hallway outside the
tennis courts.
Please keep a close eye on any siblings that are not swimming.
We welcome all family members but don’t want anyone taking an
unanticipated swim!
Parents should remain on the far side of
the pool during lessons and not sit near the stairs as this is a
distraction to the class.
LOCKER
ROOM:
NO CHILDREN OVER 4 YEARS OLD
ARE ALLOWED IN OPPOSITE GENDER LOCKER ROOMS. This is a club policy that is strictly enforced. There
have been several complaints from country club members about this
issue. Please utilize the changing rooms on the pool deck
for your older children. If your child is older than 4 and
needs to use the restroom, one of our office staff will be happy to
escort them to the locker room and wait outside. Also,
there is a bathroom located in the tennis office that is available for
their use.
