Mr. Carl was a competitive swimmer for fourteen years. He swam for the Montclair Dolphins and Bergen Catholic High School. Mr. Carl swam for the University of Miami for two years as well. He graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor's degree in Marine Science and Biology. Mr. Carl has been with Njswim for 2 years where he is the Director of Employee Relations and manages the website. He has attended swim school conferences in Costa Mesa California and Miami Florida
He holds certification as an Open Water, Advanced Open Water, and NITROX Diver. He is a Class A Tree faller through the Department of the Interior. He lives in Nutley and he and his fiance love to travel. His hobbies include SCUBA diving, surfing, Tae Kwon Do, Hapkido, backpacking, playing guitar and doing home repairs.
