Miss Vanessa started with Njswim in November of 2008. Vanessa is a recent graduate of Montclair State University, where she majored in English and Film. She began her swimming career at age 9, participating in a summer rec-league, and continued through her senior year in high school. Her honors include county champion in 100m backstroke, and the 100 and 50m freestyle. Vanessa's interests include photography, traveling, cooking, and adding to her ever-expanding film library. Her future plans are to attend graduate school in Cinema Studies, and to continue to see the world.
