General Guidelines
It is our intention to accommodate our students with class times that meet the needs of your busy schedules. We have incorporated a program where you and your family will benefit by having a regular schedule for class times. With this said, the general guidelines of our program still apply. We have drafted some additional guidelines for our private instructional programs.
- Reserved for students with special needs.
- You will have a reserved standing appointment time for your child’s private session. It is your responsibility to attend each scheduled class.
- Please provide 30 days written notice, prior to the upcoming billing session, if you wish to discontinue private lessons.
Private Lesson Guidelines
- Private instruction will be provided on an availability basis.
- Teachers will be matched to meet the needs of your child in order to ensure maximum results.
- Private lessons will run either once or twice a week with a standing appointment that is created with your teacher.
